|Kris Metaverso has extensive credentials including degrees
from Mount San Antonio College, and DeVry
University and many classes at Cal Poly Pomona. He is responsible for our
engineering/manufacturing material developments. 20
years of experience are buffered into understanding loudspeaker enclosures. His
background is unique: a combination of artistic vision
tempered into his engineering and marketing background together in focus
into loudspeaker enclosures. If you desire, his specialized
focus will become a true and valuable asset for your company's
loudspeakers. Previous experience includes Engineering and Materials Development at United Technology/BF Goodrich.
|DS Ragsdale has
15 years experience as Vice President, Operations and Quality Control
for the largest manufacturing operation using our process west of
the Mississippi. His 300,000 square foot plant was
originally a Mattel Toy plant
before most their manufacturing moved offshore but now has an
tooling design center as well as extensive manufacturing and
capacity. The company occupies one of the largest
manufacturing buildings in Ontario, California... a train
runs into the plant. DS has comprehensive composite
manufacturing and estimating experience. At the company producing US Enclosure products, DS became VP Operations because he had both
a fundamental and detailed, precise knowledge of the requirements
needed to take a potential job from concept or engineering drawing
to completion starting supervising that the tooling was properly
made, client proofs were approved, all manufacturing materials
were available then correctly blended and mixed, then correctly
manufactured to client specifications and tolerances then properly
warehoused and shipped with real time inventory reports.
DS's impact to US Enclosure cannot be underestimated in regards to his experience to obtain exactly our clients’ needs and requirements. Before his tenure with our subcontractor, Devin was employed as an Engineer at Western Digital (Hard Drive). He also has been involved with Engineering Contract-Project Management for companies like Disneyland, Burger King, and the Electrical Utility named Western Montana.
His father Michael Ragsdale is closely associated with US Enclosure. He has over 40 years of experience designing, manufacturing and installing home and professional audio products. Some of the badges worn by products designed by Michael Ragsdale include Associated Sound Systems, Altec Lansing, AT&T, Audio Logic, British Sound Reproduction (BSR), James B. Lansing (JBL), PicturTel, Uni-Sync Professional Audio Products (Trooper Series), United Recording Electronics Industries (UREI), and Vidcom.
"JB" Brian O’Neill has 25 years of outside sales experience. Graduated with a B.A. from Cleveland State University and owning 8 years’ experience selling advertising, and 17 years selling tangibles— industrial supplies. He grew-up in a family business environment then worked 7 years for his family's equipment rental company in a non-sales role. After college, sold for an audio-video production company directly associated with MTV Networks, concurrently a full-blown recording studio which recorded live albums for artists like David Bowie and produced a 10 year long live-music show for a 240 station radio network including Armed Forces Radio. O'Neill re-introduced the toy “Sock Monkey” to the general public via his late 80”s – early 90’s company named The Marketing Tide—featured on ABC-TV’s Home Show and in the motion picture Cabin Boy featuring David Letterman. He also has 5 years’ experience as a radio on-air/producer and has written feature articles for several national magazines. In Southern California, O’Neill spent several years each as a senior account executive for Pennysaver USA and also Advo, Inc., the nation’s largest direct marketing company.
